Itinerary
12 Days Uganda Safari – Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale, Murchison Falls & Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Your 12 Days Uganda Safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or Entebbe International Airport by your professional safari guide.
Begin your journey southwest towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive takes you through Uganda's beautiful countryside, with opportunities to see local villages, farms, rolling hills, and changing landscapes.
Make a stop at the Uganda Equator for photographs, refreshments, and souvenir shopping before continuing towards southwestern Uganda.
Proceed through the scenic Kigezi Highlands towards Bwindi.
Arrive at your lodge in the evening, check in, have dinner, and rest in preparation for the following day's gorilla trekking adventure.

After an early breakfast, prepare for one of the main highlights of your Uganda gorilla safari.
Report to the Uganda Wildlife Authority briefing center for registration and a briefing from the ranger guides. You will then enter the ancient Bwindi rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family.
The trek can take several hours depending on the location and movement of the gorillas. The forest environment is beautiful and provides opportunities to see other primates, birds, butterflies, and unique vegetation.
Once you locate the gorilla family, spend the permitted viewing time observing these magnificent animals as they feed, play, groom, rest, and interact with each other.
After the trek, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, visit a nearby community or enjoy a Batwa cultural experience. Learn about traditional forest life, local crafts, music, dance, and community conservation.

After breakfast, leave Bwindi and drive towards Queen Elizabeth National Park.

As temperatures become cooler, wildlife becomes more active. Search for elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, lions, and other wildlife.

Explore the Kasenyi Plains, one of the park's best areas for wildlife viewing.

During the cruise, you can also see elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, monitor lizards, African fish eagles, kingfishers, herons, pelicans, and other water birds along the shoreline.
Return to the lodge in the evening.

After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and drive towards Kibale Forest National Park.
The journey passes through beautiful tea plantations, crater landscapes, rural communities, and the green countryside of western Uganda.
Arrive near Kibale and have lunch.
In the afternoon, visit the Bigodi community and wetland area.

Arrive at your lodge in or near Murchison Falls National Park in the evening.
Relax, have dinner, and prepare for the next day's wildlife activities.

Wake up early for a morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park.

After the game drive, visit the top of Murchison Falls.
Here, the powerful Victoria Nile is forced through a narrow gorge before plunging downstream, creating one of Uganda's most spectacular natural attractions.
Enjoy breathtaking views, photography opportunities, and the sound of the powerful rushing water.

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
Upon arrival, enjoy a guided rhino tracking experience.
Accompanied by trained rangers, walk through the sanctuary in search of southern white rhinos. Learn about their behavior, habitat, breeding program, and Uganda's rhino conservation efforts.
Rhino tracking provides a unique opportunity to observe these impressive animals at relatively close range in a protected natural environment.
